Open Studio is a supportive space to work on individual creative projects, share artwork, and connect with the community through the healing process of art-making. For in-person studio time, you are invited to use the ArtHOME studios and theater––including all of our on-hand supplies and instruments to create. We have guitars, drums, a keyboard, writing supplies, and visual art materials for drawing, painting, sewing, collage, and more.
Our Summer Visions Exhibition, on display in our gallery, showcases the healing power of art and the resilience of the human spirit. Participant Artists have used creative expression to flourish and overcome adversity in a world filled with challenges. Each piece—whether a painting, collage, mask, or writing—testifies to the artists' bravery, resilience, and talent. As you walk through the exhibition, consider the courage it takes to share one’s innermost thoughts and feelings through art, offering a glimpse into each artist’s story and strength.

Know Before You Go
Location: The artHOME address is 200 Mercer St. Seattle, WA 98109.
Entry: The address of our artHOME is on Mercer St. Note: it is NOT West Mercer St. Please use the main entrance on the Mercer St. side of the building.
Transportation: The artHOME is situated three blocks east of the bus stop at Queen Anne Ave N & W Mercer St, which services routes 1, 2, 8, 13, 32, 994, and the D line.
Parking: Your best bet for street parking is usually along Mercer St. or to the north towards Roy St. and Queen Anne. Most of this parking has a 2hr limit. There is also abundant paid parking, including ADA accessible spots, in the Seattle Center Mercer St. Garage located at 650 3rd Ave N. The second closest lots are U Park at 172 Mercer St. and the Metropolitan Market lot at 100 Mercer St.
